This person is in the admin tent and reacts like a rat out of a trap to the final whistle of each race (usually 3 sharp blows).

They will run to the ring with the team timing sheets for the next race and collect the previous race sheets from the line judges.

This can be a multiple role where they also anounce the next teams in and who's on standby, they can also cue music between races.

On returning to the admin tent they tell the administrator who won and lost and their fastest times and will then write these on the notice board so teams can keep track.
