Often a forgotten part of the host team.
This person goes round the ring at the start of each of the division races (sometimes twice for big divisions), taking orders for tea/coffee or soft drinks.
They will then make the required brew and distribute them during racing.
They also ensure provision of cakes and biscuits for the judges. By the end of each race day this person will have made more brews than Mrs Overall.
