The most important role in any tournament, the paperwork is prepared prior to the tournament and it is the administrators job to ensure it is all filled in correctly.

Every teams dogs names have to be written onto their team sheet along with the jump height (decided by the Head Judge).

During racing the current and next team sheets have to be made ready then at the end of each race details of winners and fastest times have to be entered into BFA forms.

Obviously if this person is not co-ordinated or makes wrong entries, it has a big effect on the whole tournament.

The Administrator is often abrupt during racing after being hastled by different teams members for fastest times e.t.c. so be warned.
